UNVRS STORE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this document carefully, as it contains the terms and conditions of sale you are obliged to comply with when using the UNVRS Store online shop. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the use of UNVRS Store and to all purchases you make through its website.

These conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and Merchastyle, a company with registered office at Av. Bartolomé Roselló 18, 07800 Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain, with C.I.F. B-57828543.

Any query, complaint, or correspondence relating to these conditions or to UNVRS Store must be directed to the contact details provided at the end of these Terms.

1. Purchase of UNVRS Store Products

You may only purchase products that:

  • Are available for sale and displayed on www.store.unvrs.com

  • Are intended for personal use, either for yourself or for the recipient for whom you are buying.

We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion (for example, if we believe that the order may be intended for resale through unauthorized distribution channels).

Product details (including price, VAT included) are specified in each product listing on www.store.unvrs.com.  Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the order and will be confirmed during checkout.

All products are shipped from our Ibiza warehouse. Merchastyle makes every effort to ensure that product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate when they appear on the website. While we strive to keep the online store as up to date as possible, some information may not always reflect the situation at the moment you place an order.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Once you have selected the products, they will be placed in your shopping basket. Before placing a binding order, you will have the opportunity to review, add, or remove items and correct any errors.

When you confirm your order, you will need to provide billing and shipping details, and choose a payment method.

By clicking the “Confirm Order” button, you submit a binding order. Upon receiving your order, Merchastyle will send you an order confirmation email. This does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.

The contract of sale is concluded once you receive a shipping confirmation email, at which point we confirm that your products have been dispatched.

3. Payment

We accept secure payments by Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

All payments are processed using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer). Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is charged when the sales contract is concluded.

4. Returns and Cancellations

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, products must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email support@ushuaiastore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Returns should be sent to:

Unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ushuaiastore.com with photos of the issue.

You may choose to:

  • Exchange: we will send you a replacement free of charge, once the faulty item is returned.

  • Refund: we will refund the purchase price, original shipping costs, and return costs (if you provide a copy of the courier receipt).

6. Updates and Modifications

Merchastyle reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or cancel the services provided through www.store.unvrs.com,  with or without notice.

If you continue to use the site after changes to the Terms and Conditions, this constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any contracts concluded with Merchastyle, are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of your place of residence.
