Refund policy
General timeframe
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Product condition
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email support@ushuaiastore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Send the parcel to the address below (or to the address we confirm by email):

We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Return shipping cost: unless the item is defective or the error is ours, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Packages sent back without a prior email return request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If it’s defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@ushuaiastore.com with photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
Conditions: item unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase provided. The customer covers the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or the error is attributable to The Ushuaïa Collection.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method within up to 10 business days of approval.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, email support@ushuaiastore.com
